We are often updating it and it has most of the answers to the questions people ask.
When we get a new question, we try to incorporate the answer into the FAQ.
When you have a question that cannot be answered by the FAQ, then by all means contact us. The best way to do this is to click on one of the 3 links to "Contact Us". It will give you a simple form to be filled out.
This method is much faster than calling our telephone number or faxing us.
That is because the phone line goes to a answering system, which emails the message to one of the volunteers. The response to these messsages is much slower than direct email through 'Contact Us', because the messages first need to be transcribed. The latter can be quite problematic, especially if the voice is not very clear.
Snailmail is the worst because a volunteer has to go to the mailbox and pick up and sort the mail. This is done once a week. Then the mail needs to be forwarded to the person who can deal with the letter.
