Collectively they define the effectiveness of the business to create value.
To maximize organizational excellence, the business must align and engage
its people to fulfill its mission and assure processes, structures, and
systems can be effectively and consistently utilized to create value while
listening and adapting to the marketplace when necessary.

In this contribution, Andrew will discuss concepts that drive organizational
excellence. He will introduce specific strategies and show their
relationship to business outcomes and discuss how such strategies support an
organizations mission and assure its purpose effectively supports an
envisioned future state.

Bio

Andrew Milivojevich leads corporate six sigma and productivity improvement
initiatives. Andrew is a Professional Engineer with a Masters degree in
Statistics and 20 plus years of experience. He is a fellow of the ASQ and is
recognized by the Society as having achieved professional distinction in the
technology, theory, education, and application of quality. Andrew is a
graduate advisor to the College of Engineering's Center for Quality and
Applied Statistics at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is also a
published author, speaker and instructor at the School of Continuing Studies
at the University of Toronto in Applied Innovation and Productivity
Improvement.
