Presented by Sarah Webster, HBSc, CK, Ergonomist and Environmental Health and Safety Specialist with Golder Associates Ltd. located in the GTA West(Mississauga) office. Ms. Webster has over five years of experience in the practice of ergonomics and health and safety. Sarah has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Minor in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and is currently working on completing a Masters in Ergonomics through the University of Derby. Ms. Webster is a Certified Kinesiologist and is currently working towards recognition as a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist (CCPE). Sarah is the President on the Association of Canadian Ergonomists Ontario Board and member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineers.

Sarah will discuss the relationships between Ergonomics and Quality and the application of the discipline of Ergonomics to improve the quality of products, services and processes, based on current research.
