The use of the Internet has become a constant in the daily lives of people. For quality professionals, staff and families, the challenge is finding methods to make Internet support the activities you do on a daily basis. The session will walk through some common applications (e.g., Facebook, RSS, Music, etc) used on the web and identify how you can make them work for you.

Jerry Mings is a quality professional and professional facilitator with enormous experience in the health sector. He brings to his clients a deep understanding of the development and implementation of performance indicators, of risk management and of quality management.

The focus of his practice is Boards and Senior Teams to assist them in the identification of organizational priorities, dispute resolution strategies and effective community partnership opportunities. Jerry’s clients include Community Care Access Centres, hospitals and educational institutions. In addition, Jerry designs public participation systems and asynchronous facilitation methods using the Internet.

Jerry serves as the president of The Desk Consulting Group Inc.
